Fantastic Accomodation close to the Stuhleck slopes Positive: Location and convenience Negative: None

Der Aufenthalt war nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht berauschend. Positive: Die Nähe zum Lift bzw. zum Skigebiet ist hervorragend. Parkmöglichkeit sehr gut. Negative: Das Lokal zum Essen könnte besser sein. Die Öffnungszeit ist auch nicht sehr Kundefreundlich. 21:00 Sperrstunde. Einige Gäste so auch ich mit meinen Freunden konnten kein Getränk mehr bekommen. Frühstück erst ab 08:00 Uhr. Der Liftbetrieb beginnt um 08:00 Uhr also 07:30 Frühstück sei von Vorteil. Der Staubsauger sollte etwas länger im Betrieb sein!!!!

Positive: Best advantage for the Hirschenhof Apartments is it's location . its on the main road , and very close to the ski lifts. the room was comfortable and clean at check in . It would be most helpful to have some cloths and broom in the room , to help keep it clean during stay. Negative: It seems that the hotel has been renovated and the result is aesthetic, the rooms are pleasant. However, in the bathroom they left the old toilet, stained and unpleasant to use, even if it looks clean. I would recommend that the hotel management update the list of facilities, since there was no laundry option at the hotel due to renovations. It is very problematic to find laundromats in the area, and guests should be aware of it . Although the hotel has a reception area, it is not staffed and check-in/ out is done independently. I would recommend trying to staff the reception, even for a limited number of hours, to provide a human response. Given all the advantages and disadvantages, I think the value for money in this case is low.
