TL;DR: stay away, find somewhere else Positive: The good in the facility: 1. Near a train station but mostly no noise. Negative: *Lets start before arrivin: We booked for a month stay when a couple of people would stay only one week. Right after booking we let them know that we will have a cat with us and not all people will stay all the days. After the payment was deducted by booking we get an email that require us to fill all our information as well as uploading photos to their shoddy website and to sign a temporary contract. It is the first time I'm seeing it on booking, I mean, the point in booking is that you don't need something like this. Finally after all the hassle we need to pay the city tax: they did a mistake in calculating it even though we discussed it in advance (number of people per day) and then I needed to chase them for three weeks to get a refund. It is not the end, the cherry on the cake is that the "pet friendly" means an extra 15 Euro/day+tax that you need to pay after the booking payment was done and you can't get a refund. This was not mentioned anywhere in the booking, only "charges may apply". They also didn't say anything about it when we informed them about the cat beforehand. Furthermore, when we asked (right after booking) for an early check-in, they said no problem as long as the cleaning lady finishes on time. Well, only if we paid extra ~30 Euro on their website! Also, we didn't get the code for the key on time. *Don't try to call the establishment, the number is not connected!!! *The facility itself: 1. They said on booking no elevator (we didn't notice-our fault), they don't tell about the so many spiral stairs, or that our apartment is on the 3th floor. 2. here was no washing machine, even though they claim there should have been. when discussing with the property, they said sorry, we can use temporarily a washing in another apartment and move into a differen one with a washing machine in a few days. we said that is acceptable.

Positive: Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Molto apprezzata la cucina ben fornita e l'arredamento Negative: Necessario mettere a disposizione più asciugamani e sapone mani / bagnoschiuma.

Positive: Spacious apartment, quiet, well equipped for a short stay. Negative: Very dusty floor, seems like not cleaned for some time. Staff kept answering English written communication emails in German… I don’t get it why:) cause they knew English

Schöne Ferienwohnung für gutes Geld Positive: Von der Buchung bis zum Schlüsselcode hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir konnten direkt vor dem Haus parken. Negative: Wir haben den Wlan Schlüssel nicht bekommen, obwohl er zusammen mit dem Türcode angezeigt werden sollte. Es gibt keine Haken für die Badehandtücher und kein Geschirrtuch. Leider war auch die Bedienung des Fernsehers etwas kompliziert. Die Betten sind zwar bequem, aber leider nur 1,40m breit.
