Positive: The apartment was spacious, with all necessary equipment needed. Negative: Unfortunately our bathroom wasn't clean (I won't go into specifics) so maybe it is just a unlucky error, keep in mind there is no dedicated parking in front of building - which if you arrive late will definitely be a problem. Tip for host - I would cover window above the entrance door - it is just not comfortable knowing that everyone can see you from the building staircase (kitchen and bedroom). And Lastly, we had quite noisy neighbours.
