Negative: I would rate this place 4/10, only because there were beds, it was warm, and there was a roof over our heads. Everything else was disappointing. The dishes were dirty, with no sponge or dishwashing liquid provided, and there was no basic soap. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and had visible traces from previous guests. There were many ants on the corridor floor, coming from under the floor, which made the place feel very unhygienic. The check-in process was extremely inconvenient. I tried many times to complete the online check-in and pay the tourist tax, which could have been done easily via Booking. Access to the key lockbox was given very late, and Wi-Fi details were only sent after asking at 10:30 PM. The only positive thing was that it was quiet. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this place.
