Parfait Positive: excellente situation , nous étions proche de Wels , et cette ville est superbe avec son abbaye ! Logement très propre , avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner (cuisine commune) . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Positive: The room is neat and clean, the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is functional. Negative: A negative experience, primarily not because of the accommodation, which was comfortable and clean, but the process itself until entering the room is, to put it mildly, terrible. At 10pm we were at the hotel door (check-in is until 12am). Of course, you won't find anyone there and you will come across an entrance door with a code. When the booking reservation is made, the code will supposedly be sent, but in 5 hours... In advance, you will have to enter all the necessary data for you and all the guests who are coming on a separate link (I've never seen that anywhere before, and I've traveled a lot)… Also, our reservation was charged twice (I still don't know if it's up to the booking or the owner of the accommodation, but it was charged a lot more than the price of the reservation on the website). At that moment, we had no support and the number we received during the reservation did not work… We are only grateful to the man who happened to be near the hotel and helped us get in and get in touch with the owner (or someone who works there)… We didn't get any explanation from the owner except for the code for our room door and a note to leave 5e in the room because of the tax… The confusing check-in and lack of reception and communication are the biggest drawbacks of this accommodation.

Positive: Klid, lokalita Negative: Postele byly příliš vysoké, bál jsem se, že spadnu.
