Positive: Świetne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania okolicy -blisko nad jezioro i do stacji kolejki widokowej. Przestronny apartament dość dobrze wyposażony. Cisza, spokój, balkon z widokiem na zieleń i tylko szum przepływającego potoku. Z dojazdem pod sam dom może być problem, bo mieszczą się tam 3-4 samochody, ale jest miejsce powyżej 100 m dalej. Generalnie dobre miejsce dla osób ceniących aktywny wypoczynek, którzy chcą potem w spokoju odpocząć
