Good value with some possible problems Positive: The kitchen and bathroom were equipped very well, including a Nespresso coffee-machine too. Also there is a washing machine for use. The duvets were enough warm also in the very cold sleepeng room. Negative: Be careful - only online check-in is possible, you need to upload an ID cards copy of all hosts - without this you cannot get key-code and there is nobody in the place to help you with! This is not mentioned anywhere in advance, you get the info only after you pay. How to do this if one of the hosts will come there later and has no mobile signal is a very big problem. BTW - the necessary of upload the ID copy by is forbidden by EU law in this case. The temperature in the appartement was 15,7 degree Celsius, in the sleeping room less. Even if we set the heaters to max, they start to work on the morning only because the heating is automatically stops during night. On the forth day when we left the appartement, there was 18.7 degrees in the living room, less in the sleeping room. It was the maximum during our stay. Do not expect a great view from the windows, you can see a stadium and wastewater treatment plant (but without any smell). In the dark, you are not able to see the numbers on the keylock even if you have good lamp. Unfortunately, this is a general problem with metal keylock boxes everywhere.

Es war für uns ok für eine Nacht, da wir nur auf Durchreise waren. Positive: Die Unterkunft war sauber, ordentlich eingerichtet und leise. Ok für eine Nacht. Negative: Die Umgebung ist leider erschreckend. Liegt im Industriegebiet und wirkt im ersten Moment nicht vertrauenswürdig. Wir hätten uns mehr Information zur Lage der Wohnung gewünscht. Vor der Tür war eine nette Frau, ohne die wir nicht gewusst hätten, wo die Wohnung sich überhaupt befindet.

Très bien pour 1 nuit Positive: Nous avons passé une nuit sur la route des vacances dans ce logement. L’appartement est propre, confortable et assez bien équipé (même si le four à micro-onde est difficile d’accès). Nous avons apprécié le calme des environs.
