Looks better online than it feels in real life Positive: The stay wasn’t great overall, but the main positives were the very comfortable bath tub, great and really comfy bed and the good location, especially for grocery shopping and access to nearby amenities. Negative: Overall, this was a disappointing stay. The building is old and the whole place gives the impression of something superficially polished rather than genuinely well maintained. Cleanliness was poor — there was mold and spiders in the toilet, the second bed was not made, and a bedsheet was missing. The pre-arrival process was extremely frustrating. Before check-in, we had to fill out a long and intrusive form, entering every guest one by one, including ID card numbers, expiry dates, and other personal details. It felt excessive, inconvenient, and completely unnecessary from a guest experience perspective. There were also no proper instructions in the apartment. For example, the Wi-Fi password was nowhere to be found. This was especially annoying because the host sends multiple long welcome messages claiming to be available online or by phone, but when we actually called, nobody answered and nobody called us back. Another thing that felt very inappropriate was the message before check-out asking guests to deal with any issues directly with the host, but if everything was “okay”, to leave a 10/10 review on Booking. In my opinion, this clearly distorts the ratings and makes the property look much better than the actual experience deserves.

Decent object, but terrible experience with front door keys Negative: We arrived at the property in the afternoon and the keys of the front door of the building weren't in the key box. We contacted the owner which said the guests of the other apartment in that building took the keys and told us they will take care of the situation and in the meantime to ring the doorbells of other residents in the building to enter (we rang three times). So, later that day we had gone for a walk in the town. When we came back the keys were still missing in the key box, so we once again rang the doorbells of the other residents explaining that we are the guests in the apartment. The keys finally showed in the key box at 20:50.

Positive: God seng og alt nødvendigt udstyr selv om det var godt brugt Negative: Pas på udlejer tager ikke telefonen - vi stod ved ankomst og kunne ikke åbne front dør da vi havde fået oplyst forkert kode - ved held blev døren åben. Fik først fat i lejer næste formiddag og kun med tekst besked og meget meget dårlig behandling. Ærgeligt for lejligheden ellers ok.

Old appartment but nice for the price Positive: The appartment is quite old but very modern equipped It was nice to have bathtub Negative: We didn’t understand why there is just one key for the main door for all the quests, luckily it happened only once that there was no key. It was highly uncomfortable.

Great Positive: Close to shops like Billa & Hofer Negative: There didn't seem to be anything saying how to access wifi, so couldn't use it. I couldn't find anything in the paperwork sent.
