Negative: il était très difficile de fermer la porte de l'appartement. D'ailleurs, quand je suis arrivée, la porte n'était pas fermée à clé. Dès le 1ere jour j'ai dû aller acheter une lime à métaux, pour limer la gâche qui était trop haute et empêchait le pêne de rentrer dans la gâche. Il était alors possible de fermer l'appartement sans dificulté.

Good for short stay (apt. 6) Positive: I believe the description on the booking to be quite accurate. The host is nice and easy to communicate with, very responsive. Instructions regarding retrieving the keys were clear, the equipment described was present, … We only stayed one night during our route trip, so there is not much to be (dis)satisfied with. Unfortunately, we could not stay in apartment 10 as there was an issue with cleaning said apartment before our arrival. However, the host was quick to reassign us to a similar apartment in the same building. Negative: The apartment was not heated on arrival (the radiators worked and everything, but since we arrived late in the afternoon, it was still somewhat cold inside overnight). The pre-check-in system is a somewhat awful experience. I like paying the city tax online, but other than that, I would rather not have to interact with Hostaway. I don't trust it to protect my customers' rights in any way (quite the contrary). That being said, the web app worked, and I don't think there is any "ill will" on the host's side; I just really despise interacting with it.

Positive: Die Lage Negative: Leider war die Wohnung nicht ordentlich geputzt.

Our stay in Leoben Positive: The apartment is nice and spacious. We found it very clean and well stocked with what we needed. The location was a perfect central place for us to travel where we needed with good shops and restaurants nearby. The hosts are very helpful. Negative: It could use some comfortable chairs in the living room, and some additional soft lighting.(Lamps). We found the bed quite firm.

Positive: Es war wirklich sehr sauber und komfortabel. Aber das Beste ist die Lage! Sehr praktisch für Leute, die Besuch haben oder ein Praktikum am LKH Leoben absolvieren. Negative: Es gibt Parkplätze vor dem Wohnblock, jedoch gilt meistens das Prinzip: first come, first served.
